Friday, November 19th
1:00 - 7:00 pm Seller unloading. Buyers and Sellers may pickup registration packets at the Registration area. Only Sellers, Exhibitors and Layout personnel will be allowed in the Hall on Friday. No trading. 3 tables or more may setup, cover required; 2 tables or less, closed box rule. Sellers and Exhibitors must leave the hall as soon as set up.
6:00 pm - midnight The 'John King' Memorial Welcoming Party at the Pasadena Masonic Temple. Please join us for warm fellowship where you can greet old friends and find out what trains are coming to the meet. There will be a full buffet dinner, a silent auction, entertainment and a no host bar. This event will be held at the Masonic Hall located across the street from the Pasadena Convention Center at 200 South Euclid Ave. (corner of Euclid and Cordova), just a short walk from Cal-Stewart.
Saturday, November 20th
7:30 am Registration in the Lobby on the East side of Hall. Unloading at designated area. No trading. 3 tables or more may setup, cover required; 2 tables or less, closed box rule. Sellers, Exhibitors and layout personnel, except disabled persons, must leave the Hall as soon as set up.
8:45 am Clear Hall to prepare for opening of trading
8:46 am Opening Ceremonies, Scouts post colors in the lobby outside the Trading Hall

Admittance: Anyone may register to attend both trading days for $30 per person or per family. The Friday night “Welcoming Party/Dinner” carries an additional charge, which is listed in the final brochure. Those wishing to attend only one day of trading will be able to attend Sunday only, beginning at 9:00 am, for $15.
Location: The Cal-Stewart meet continues to be located at the Pasadena Convention Center, 300 East Green St., Pasadena, CA, 91101, Halls A & B. The Convention Center was refurbished in 2009.
Directions: Freeway access to the Pasadena Convention Center is most convenient from the 210 freeway, which connects with most of the major freeways in the area. West bound use the Fair Oaks (north)/Marengo offramp and go south on Marengo Ave. East bound use the Fair Oaks/Marengo offramp. Continue east on the freeway access road (Corson) two blocks to Marengo and turn right. Follow Marengo (south) to Green Street, the Pasadena Convention Center will be on your left hand side. Sellers should proceed to the unloading area.
Access By Metro Gold Line: Cal-Stewart is a quick 2 blocks from Pasadena’s Del Mar or Memorial Park Stations.
Parking under the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel is provided for hotel guests and Cal-Stewart attendees for a fee, with in-and-out privileges for Hotel guests only. Permanent parking is not allowed in the Exhibition Hall unloading area. Call (626)395-7130 for 24hr parking information. There are two additional public parking structures located near to the Convention Center east and west ends.
Food is available at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel coffee shop, which is adjacent to the convention center. A snack bar with sandwiches and beverages will also be open in the convention hall. There are many additional restaurants in Old Town and across Green street at the Paseo Colorado shopping mall. A restaurant guide will be available at the registration desk.
Lodging is available at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel, which is the official hotel of the Cal-Stewart Meet. Special group rates have been negotiated with the hotel.

Registration & Seller's Forms: Click here to download a printable registration form. All sellers are required to complete the seller’s sales tax certification to receive a table for selling at Cal-Stewart. If you are using a California Sales Permit, you must include a copy of your Seller’s Permit with your registration form. Guests must also register to attend the Cal- Stewart meet.
