Our Train Meet Time Table is as follows:
9:30 AM - Breakfast available
10:00 - Vendor/Seller Table Setup (Tables are $10)
10:00 - Members Only Admitted
11:00 - Public Invited
12:00 - Membership Meeting
12:30 - Auction
2:30 - Attendance Drawing

There is a non-member admission fee of $5.00 per person or family (husband, wife and children under 16).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

For all 2012 meets the trading table fee has been lowered from $10.00 to $5.00 per table! The SW Board of Directors made this decision for a few reasons. First, to give back something to the members (you must be a member to sell at T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division Meets) by making it easier to decide to take a table and sell those few items that you may have hesitated to bring to the meet. Secondly, to encourage sales by those who have to drive some distance to the meet, by lowering their overall expenses in this time of high cost gasoline. Thirdly, to increase the size of the meet so that those who aren’t selling will see more trains to choose from. After the July meet, this policy will be re-evaluated to see if there has been a sufficient response to justify the cost of making this price reduction permanent.

The Officers and Board of Directors are committed to making SW meets the best that they can be. SW wants everyone to come and have fun, trade trains, get together with old friends and make new ones. Don’t forget there is always an operating layout, a repair clinic, an auction, snack bar and free parking. See you at the next meet!

Train Meet Location

Except for the member appreciation picnic held in August, and the Cal-Stewart meet held in November, all T.T.O.S. Southwestern Division regular monthly train meets are held at the:

Masonic Lodge, 50 W. Duarte Rd. in Arcadia, California, 91007.

Driving directions:  From the 210 Freeway, exit on Santa Anita Ave., head south about 1.5 miles to Duarte Road, turn right on Duarte. The Masonic Center is on the left (south) side of the street, next to the Arcadia Public Library. There is plenty of free parking.
